Jen is a managing director in the Harris Williams Talent team. She is focused on talent management, executive coaching, ongoing education, and change management in order to drive Harris Williams forward as a world-class M&A and Private Capital Advisory firm.

Before joining Harris Williams in 2017, Jen spent over 20 years serving in multiple senior HR/Talent leadership roles in the finance and tech industries. She is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.A. in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Central Michigan University; BSc in Organizational Communication from Ohio University
