Paul Hepper is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has deep experience advising clients in the outsourced pharma services, clinical lab services, and pharmacy sectors.
Paul, who joined the firm in 2010, has over 17 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office.
